Karen Martin

Karen is the boss!! She started Cotswold Carers and now runs it from an office in Chipping Campden. She worked for Mencap for a number of years, then decided she would like to run her own business. Karen still goes out caring & assessing because she loves the interaction with the clients.

Jessica O`Hara

Registered Manager. Jessica joined Cotswold Carers Ltd in May 2018 and achieved Registered Manager status in August 2018. She has 8 years experience in the care sector. Jessica is working along side Karen Martin to provide a service that delivers high quality care and that gives an individual a positive care experience that is person-centred.

Jane King

Jane is a former NHS Staff Nurse, and spent many years nursing the elderly. Jane has been with Cotswold Carers Ltd from day one. She is very professional, hard working, caring, reliable, honest and delivers care with heaps of compassion. Jane believes that individuals should be treated with respect, dignity and equality at all time. The NHS lose is our gain.

June joined our care team in July 2017, previously she worked for many years in a care home as well as bringing up a family. June is a kind and caring person, she loves to make a difference to people's lives and is passionate about helping people stay independent in their own homes. June believes that it is important to work as a team and she will do her best every day to help the individuals she cares for.

Toby Cattell

Toby joined our care team in October 2018, so far he has proved to be a very caring, understanding, hardworking and likeable person. He has slotted into and has been well accepted by the rest of the team and Service User's alike. Toby is experienced in dealing with vulnerable people of all ages. He believes that treating all individuals with the utmost respect and equality as well as being a competent listener, and that honesty and integrity should form the foundation of an individual working in the care industry.

Karen James

Karen joined the team in October 2018, and has fitted into the team very well. She is experienced in delivering care in a Care home setting and administration. She is helpful, reliable and respectful. Karen is keen to ensure that individuals stay safe and well in their own homes.

Jenny Cullimore

Jenny became a member of the care team in June 2018, having had previous experience in care in the community. Jenny is a friendly, caring person with a positive attitude. Jenny is always kind and helpful as she believes you never know what someone is going through, and she values how each person is unique and believes we are all equal.

Karon Smith

Karon has been in the care sector for many years. she joined our care Team in February 2017. Karon is a warm, caring, honest and hard working individual. Karon believes that people should be treated with kindness, compassion, dignity and respect at all times.
